2010 Recap

Let's have a little look-see and see how far we've come this year. The "rules" for this carnival are to post the first line of the first post of each month and then a little commentary. This could be frightening...

January - nada

February - nada

March - "I know, I know it's been a while since I've blogged" Wow, isn't that the understatement of the century. I didn't even show up for the party until March!

April - "I'ma need a do-over" Yeah, that no-spend month was a royal flop. It was worth a shot though.

May - "I plan on revising the format of the Financial Goals Updates" That one gets a D- on follow through. Oh well.

June - "While my mom and baby sister were out of town, some of the household to do's fell by the wayside" True statement.

July - "3 weeks of my absence has sent my adoring public into a tailspin" Really? I started a sentence with a digit instead of a word? Wow.

August - "You may have noticed that I didn't post a menu plan for this week" Ohhh. Maybe I'll bring back this feature for 2011.

September - "This is a test" You know, I tried out the Blogger app for iPhone and I just wasn't impressed.

October - "Well, this one is pretty short and sweet" That was a Bookin It update. Now that my baby sister is a bit older and a bit more consistent, I have been able to read more. I am hoping this continues into 2011 because it certainly didn't happen much in 2010!

November - "It's kind of ironic when you think about it" That one makes me appreciate our planning. Many folks see us as being "extreme", but it works for us and gives us security!

December - "We have moved from my grandparents' house to a hotel room" I definitely don't miss that hotel-hopping! Having a house and yard again is snack-tastic!
