Sorry about the delay folks. My mom has this weird disease where her paws fall apart. Seriously, one second she's doing something and the next second she looks like this:
Ok, well, maybe not exactly like that (OBVIOUSLY, because she is by herself not with 2 other people), but pretty close.
But I digress....
Here's what's cookin' at our house this week:
Breakfasts: cereal, yogurt & oatmeal
Lunches: leftovers for Dad and chicken and rice casserole for Mom
Dinner:
Monday - PB& J because my people didn't get home from getting my mom's paw fixed until 9:45pm. Which is a big problem for many reasons, not the least of which is that my dinner time is at 9:30pm. Punctuality is a virtue people. Let's get with the program. Hrmph.
Tuesday - Chicken enchiladas, corn, green beans
Wednesday - Chicken noodle soup and homemade rolls
Thursday - Waffles with fresh strawberries
Friday - Homemade pizza
Saturday - dinner out
Sunday - dinner at Bible study (We're taking steak and veggie kebobs)
