Freezer Cooking: Status report

My mom and her friend managed to get most of the list accomplished today (they'll post the final tally tomorrow morning with a breakdown of what got completed). Not too bad considering everything was done around my baby sister's snooze schedule. For the record, they never do anything around MY snooze schedule. Just sayin'.

The updated list:

- honey cornbread

- world's easiest christmas candy

- chicken/broccoli casserole

- marinated chicken x 6 (have made citrus chicken marinade, Italian chicken, and teriyaki chicken)

- beans

- homemade granola bars

- thai peanut sauce - We couldn't find the correct supplies to make this, so it'll have to wait for another freezer cooking day!

- freezer jam

- pizza dough

- pumpkin chocolate chip muffins

- scones

- chicken tetrazzini

- brownies

- sweet potatoes, cooked for my baby sister

And I'm spent.
