Menu plan? What menu plan?
My people really aren't abiding by any particular menu plan this week. Since they've had a bunch of company the last several weeks, they have a bunch of odds and ends in the fridge and freezer. Plus, with my dad's work schedule (he doesn't get home until after dinner time every night during the week), and the fact that we're going out of town this weekend, there's really no point in "planning" anything other than to eat what's in the fridge and freezer. My mom cooked up a few things out of the freezer and divided them up into plastic containers to make it easy to grab something. Plus, she chopped up a bunch of veggies and fruit, so those are available. Otherwise, it's gonna be a free-for-all around here :)
