Food for this week:

Morning - 2 scoops Eukaneuba
Evening - 2 scoops Eukaneuba
Big bowl of water


....oh...my bad....you want to know what the people are eating. Ok, got it.

Breakfasts: Oatmeal, muffins, fruit

Lunches: Leftovers for my dad and my mom is going to eat spinach, brown rice, and cheese casserole and grapefruit

Monday - date night dinner out
Tuesday - chicken taco salad
Wednesday - BBQ sandwiches with homemade rolls and strawberries
Thursday - dinner out with friend
Friday - Crockpot Italian chicken, brown rice, and green beans with toasted almonds
Saturday - Pinto beans, sliced tomatoes, corn bread
Sunday - dinner at Bible study
