This week is another
super simple one. Since my people moved to a new house, they're slowly trying to rebuild their pantry while still staying within their weekly grocery budget. That means we're doing fewer meals with meat, and more soup and sandwiches to keep the budget low. That way there will be a little wiggle room to stock up on the staples--without running out and blowing several hundred dollars in one haphazard trip.
Breakfasts: cold cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, fresh fruit, blueberry muffins
Lunches: Peanut butter and jelly, sliced veggies, fruit
Dinners: Tacos, guacamole and chips
Soup & bread
Spaghetti and marinara sauce & baked cauliflower
Enchiladas
Black-eyed peas and cornbread
